All sales are final.
All of our prints is created on demand, meaning that requesting a size exchange would require us to make an entirely new product. Any damaged goods cannot be exchanged or be eligible for refund. However if you have any questions regarding your order please email us at email@example.com!
Damaged and Mislabeled Items
Mistakes can happen and we understand that. If any item comes in damaged, mislabeled, misprinted, etc, please email me directly at firstname.lastname@example.org. In the email please share a detailed description of the issue along with quality photos for evaluation. Please note that emails regarding damaged productions must be received within 4 weeks of receiving the damaged item to qualify for a possible replacement.
When will I get my order?
Usually, it takes 4–9 days to fulfill an order, after which it’s shipped out. The shipping time depends on your location, but can be estimated as follows:
- USA: 4–7 business days
- Europe: 6–9 business days
- Australia: 2–15 business days
- Japan: 4–10 business days
- International: 10–22 business days

Please note that CALIQT is not responsible for any packages lost in transit delivered through United States Postal Service (USPS) or any other third parties!
